AntiVirus /Spam filters for a Mail Server?

Hey all

any one have any recommendations for Antivirus that can be used on a pop3/smtp mail server basically stop the viruses at the server as well as some form of spam prevention?


i know have a mail server up and running and want to run it properly...... so i can the mail server to scan the emails for virus and spam so the client does not have to worry about it.
