Hi Gang,
I have included the following e-mail for owners of DataRobot/PC Toolworks I'll provide additional information as it arrives. I have also provided a link to the seemingly unlinked patch for DataRobot PC.

Apparently the version of Data Robot that we received from the
manufacturer was a trial version and could only recover a certain amount
information. This patch allows the user to recover an unlimited amount
of information. We are terribly sorry that you have encountered this
problem.

Hi Schaaij,
You're welcome for the patch I'm sure things will work quite a bit better now. I sure hate how "Japanese" the design is. You can totally tell that it wasn't written by native speakers. They should have payed someone else to do the translations. Cheers,
