I have Adobe 6 Pro, every time I attempt to convert a Microsoft Word 2000 file into an Adobe .pdf I get this message;

the following error has occurred while printing: File not found : pdfmword.dll

Anyone have a solution?

Thanks.

i dont know the problem but the name of dll file signs a problem on word or acrobat reader. maybe you can try to uninstall and than install these programs. i suggest you to do followings :

1. uninstall acrobat reader and than install it again.
if this not solve your problem try this one:

2. uninstall office and than install it again.

3. one last solution is unsinstalling both acrobat reader and office and than reinstalling them.

Are you getting the error in word when converting to pdf or in adobe when converting it to a pdf?
if it is in adobe try to convert it in Word (the icon along the top)
and did you do a search to see if you had that Dll loaded on your puter??

if not I think you can find it here
http://www.hia.no/ped/iktflu/Acrobat%205.0/PDFMaker/Office2000/
then just figure out where to stick it, I'm not sure as I dont' have word here at home.

You should try pdf995, it's free with ads. 10$ to remove the ads.

I have same problem, using Acrobat Std. 6.03 and Office 2k Pro SR-1, going from Word or from Acrobat.

However, I have NO problem converting to or from Excel. Any thoughts, please?
