NT 4.0 Boot Problem

Folks,
Looking for a steer. NT 4.0 Server with Raid 5 controller booting as far as the NT 4 Blue screen. Getting no periods (dots), hangs for about 6 seconds and proceeds to reboot. Does the same in VGA mode. Giving no indication or error message! My gut feeling is this may be a registry or raid problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.
