i-Net+ and CIW certifications

Since I have 4 months downtime between my next tests for MCSA, I was wondering if I should get my i-Net+?

Shouldn't be hard though It will cost me 200 bucks. And I get a Free CIW credit for passing it

Is i-Net+ worth it And is CIW worth anything?

I decided to go I-net+ then Security+, so I could get credit for my MCSE and have the Security+ added to my MCSA

Any recommendations on training material would be appreciated.
