tcpsvcs.exe is at 99% cpu usage. NT 4 server sp6a

Fresh install of nt 4. Running proxy server 2.0, IIS 4, and services for macintosh. thats all.

can be fixed by stopping and restarting "Simple TCP/IP services"

For giggles i reinstalled SP6a and all windows updates. Then TCPSVCS crashed every time, and ipconfig would no longer function. Although internet still works.....

Turns out it was services for Macintosh. I nuked them and all is well.
Guess I'll just use the G4 to serve up the mac files........
