The file c:\arcsetup.exe is open or in use by another application
Close all....

Have you tried killing all the unnecessary processes (like virus protection, etc.) Have you tried upgrading it from safe mode?

Corrupt download?

Have you tried extracting the file with winzip and running the update.exe manudally?

NTFS permissions on the drive not standard?

Corrupt? I don't think so. I have tryied already to installed manually, but the result is the same. This update was installed in more computers without problems.

The permitions are all ok.
