Same way you send an e-mail to anyone else, just put your own e-mail address in the to: box. Click send and a few seconds later check your mailbox for new messages. It's a good way to check and see what your e-mail looks like to someone else if you're using a signature or something like that

I don't remember how I first came across that site, but it's pretty nice, if you cannot install any software that would do that locally.
