Locking Taskbar position in Win2000

Hi all,

how do i block the taskbar in windows 2000?

once i passed by a tip to add/change key in registry, but now i cannot find it.

any ideas?

I'm pretty sure this requires IE 6, because that registry value isn't present by default on my IE 5.5 Win2K Sp3 computer. Nor does it have any effect.
