USB2.0 and Asrock K7VM2

Well, I just formatted my system and set everything up.. here's my current rig

AthlonXP 2100
Asrock K7VM2
Geforce2MX AGP + Voodoo3 PCI
60gb maxtor (partitioned in 5gb + 55gb = both NTFS)
256 DDR
WinXP Pro SP1

And now that I'm trying to install my usb stuff, I'm having a few problems.

Whenever the 'found new hardware bubble' pops up, I can install my hardware.. but once that's done, the bubble comes up again. Always with an 'unknown'. No matter how many times I try to install it, the bubble keeps popping up.

I've installed the USB2.0 drivers from VIA, as well as all the other necessary drivers.

My MS Wheelmouse Optical works fine, but any of my other peripherals (joystick, camera) don't seem to work (bubble problem)..

Any insight?
