That charger is pretty sweet - I would like to see it for real. It's weird, but I always have to wait on my judgement of a car until I see it myself. Some cars that looked beautiful in photos I ended up hating, and others that were so-so become awesome when viewed in person.

Anyways, I like the futuristic car style too. Did you see the Honda DualNote showcased a few years back?







The coolest part about this car is that it's got a 400HP V6, and it still gets 40 mpg!! How, do you ask? This baby is the future of hybrid cars - the gas engine powers the rear wheels with the help of an electric motor, and then there are also electric motors for each of the front wheels. So it's also AWD.

Now, I'm pretty sure that Honda doesn't have any real plans to bring this into production. But the technology is still there, and it could start cropping up in their other products. Rumor has it that the NSX will be the first to receive this high-performance hybrid upgrade...

After a little more research, I found that Honda showed the DualNote as the Acura DN-X in the US. Check the link for a ton of pics...

The Hondas cockpit looks very sweet. Maybe bit cramped though? It looks like once you're in the drivers seat, you aren't going to be able to move about very much.

Those consoles seem to come in awfully close.

But hey, it's a concept car, so it's not like they're gonna be hitting the showroom any time soon

never saw that movie
but we did have a 68 charger way back in the 70's
it had a ... get this
a vinyl top. who remembers those (on a new car).
i think we bought it for 4200$ at the time
383 ho motor and weighs in at almost 4000lbs.
power windows that only worked for about 8 years
nogahide seats (bad spelling im sure)

it's the config of the block itself. not so much the displacement.
chrysler also made a 400 small block.
which was no more than the 273/318/340/360 thick walled casting
bored all to hell and a 2 foot stroke. it turned out to be unreliable and they stopped making it.
to my rememberance the 383 was the smallest of the mopar big blocks.
the 383/426/454 all used the same casting.

ps. btw a quick check between the mopar big/small block
the small block has the distributer in the back straight up and the big block has the dist. in the front at about 45deg.

You will have X, K, and Ka for radar and general Laser (lidar) support in most current models. The largest percentage of guns in use are K band based, while many are going to Ka. Laser is being adopted mostly by highway patrols, and has totally replaced all other speed detection (otherwise known as "revenue generating") devices in Hawaii. With radar, you are not allowed to jam it actively (and passive ones do not work, regardless of the gaurantees) by FCC jurisdiction in the US, while laser is controlled by the FDA is legally permitted to be jammed/shifted in almost all states in the US.
