Application can't connect to COM Port

Hi, I'm trying to update one Siemens Phone with an official updater from his page but when It starts can't connect to COM Port and don't recognize the phone, anyone knows the problem here? thanks in advance.

Are your serial ports enabled in the BIOS? Are they configured correctly in Windows (Baud rate, parity and data bits)?

Check the settings with what the software is expecting.
