Help
When I open Opera or Mozilla (I refuse to use Idiot Exploiter), the dial up adapter doesn't start. Only in IE will it call it up. If I start it up manually all is fine.
I have been blessed not to have to use dial up for 2 years with DSL I forgot what to do.
I'm running 2k w/sp3 BTW.

You need to goto control pannel/internet options and click on the connections tab then check the 'Dail whenever a network connection is not present', click OK and all should be well.

Alternativly, have you used the 'Set Program Access and Defaults' under Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs to set the default browser?
