account loses admin rights

hi,
i have created a new account with administrator rights on the server, but
it loses its rights automatically after sometime during the day.
Could it be due to the blank gpo that i have put in the server's OU ??

Sounds like a GPO is replacing the credentials ...

The above links to Fazam Lite, which will help you track it.

Also look at event logs.

Setup auditing on "account management" to see what user / process is actually changing the permissions.

Thats a good start.
