Microsoft's TechNet and Knowledge base would be a good place to start... Also, http://www.labmice.net is a good NT/2000/XP networking resource.
RIS Requires:
- DNS Server
- DHCP Server
- Active Directory
Also, the RIS images have to be on a seperate partition/drive than the server OS install.
That should get you going, any more questions, just ask.

Another thing .... RIS is particular about its PXE environment and the possible boot disks to create ......
