Hi,

Since a few days i have the strange problem with my taskbar.
When i startup XP than my taskbar is twice as big, toolbars adress and Links are on, when i put them out and than after a while restart my system again they are back. How can i force my taskbar to keep the settings that i want or what can be the problem.

Greetings, Anne

Hi,

Didn't work.. have already tried it.. looks, like that windows can't save the settings or won't save the settings. a few weeks ago i had the same problem and put a backup of 1 year old back on my computer but now the problem is back again.

Hi,

To akiss : no option to many bugs in it for me.

To AlecStaar : Almost.. didn't work but you gave me a idea. with powertoys of XP i wen't to de grouppolicis, under that i when it user accounts and than manageing etc. under that i have a taskbar and startmenu section. I have changed to on the following :

Forced Classic Menu
No changed toolbars on taskbar or something like that (have translate it from dutch to english.)

This works, only now i don't have the option the activate my Toolbar quicklaunch.

Have to find that out still
