how to send program to system tray on startup

I WANT TO SEND A PROGRAM TO SYSTEM TRAY AFTER THE STARTUP.
LOADS BUT I CAN NOT SEND IT TO TRAY.IF I PUSH MINIMIZE THIS PROGRAM GO TO TRAY.HOT CAN I DO IT AUTOMATICALY:

Right-click on the shortcut, choose 'Properties'.
Select the 'Run' list box.
Choose 'Minimized'.
Hit OK.

Which version of Windows do you have? As far as I know, you can't minimize anything to the system tray unless the application supports it. Did you mean that you wanted to minimize to the taskbar?

try using xneat @ www.xneat.com .. it enables you to send programs to system tray ..

plus extra other features like arranging programs in taskbar .. always on top .. etc
