Question on users profiles accounts!

I have windows 2000 pro sp2 installed and i have 2 user accounts mine is the defulat admin account and the second one i created recently was for my nephew that comes over and uses the internet and kazza.

Is there a way or what OS has this function where when some 1 logs in to thier profile that they wont see my programs and some shortcut icons on desktop etc from thier profile when they log in.

Navigate in explorer to %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\ and move the desktop and start menu shortcuts to either profile, according to your desires.
