Windows 98 can't access my Windows 2000 Pro shared files and printers in the network neighbourhood. It says that i must provide a password to access to \\JF-D6A958C03A4D\IPC$ Anybody know how to remove this password?

An age old issue, next time I would like to suggest searching the forums
1. Enable the Guest account on 2K ... poor for security
2. Create an Account on the 2K box and login into that account on the 98 machine using Client for Microsoft Networks.
