Pizza Tycoon on Win2k

I dont know why but I feel like playing it again..

I'm running win2k english version there's 2 problem
1) No Sound
2) Everytime I'm in the main menu, a small mouse scroll will auto-close the game and prompt me back to desktop.

My current platform is too fast for the game?
Any Solutions? thanks.
