File couldn't be deleted

It shows that some App oder user are using this file . an Avi. but I have already restarted the Pc. and no body else using this file. Chkdsk and defrag wont help. I have XP EN wiht sp 1, any idea?. thanks.

still. I play another AVI in MP 9 serie and then it wont allowed to be deleted even i turn off the mP 9. but occasionally i make it when i am in NERO . does anybody know why?. Is this a bug of MP 9?

i think this is bug that came with SP1 in XP not just MP9...I've had this also and sometimes when i just plainly extact something on desktop..say a VB source code..work on it...close vb and all child apps...it still dosent delete....nomatter whatevver i close in task manager
i rebooot...and delete its ok...
its something that only happened when i upgraded to SP1
