hi guys,

ive had my win2k installed over 8months now and it is REALLY really slow now. i guess its just cos its been installed for such a long time. my quesiton is do u know of any apps (safe apps) that can optimise my system again. cos opening certain apps and doing certain tasks r taking for EVER!!

Run disk defragmenter, and disk cleanup.

sorry i should have mentioned that.......i already defragged all my drives using diskeeper 7. i need something to sort the registry out maybe, so apps open more quickly. everything at the moment is sluggish.

I had that same problem with my last machine. Does it run slow on start up? If so, does it ever crash on start up?

no m8, my win2k NEVER crashes ever wink thats why i love it so much, and refuse to go to winXp

its just slow launching apps etc. frown
