Hallo.
Sorry for my english.
At me a problem with external devices, namely, the printer and the scanners. Symptoms same. For example. I scan the foto. The program, having executed process of interests on 20%, lose connection with the device. That is ceases to see it. Indicators on the scanner show, that that it is ready, is not ready also these conditions chaotically replace each other. First sinned on a SCSI-card from the scanner, but has then found out, that the printer behaves precisely as. At attempt to print page of the text (!) from Word after several lines Word ceases to see the printer. And the ambassador restart frequently Windows gives out the message, that module VMM32. VXD it is broken. Anybody faced with such problems?

Just in case I bring data about my computer:
Mother Board Gigabyte GA-8IE533
CPU Pentium IV 2.0GHz
512 DDR (PC-2100)
Video Gigabyte AV32DG (vith ATI chipset)
Sound Yamaha 744

Printer HP 690C
Scanner Mustek 1200CP (LPT)
Scanner Acer ScanWit 2720 SCSI (with card Acard)

System WinME.

Help me please.

Did you install the latest chipset inf from intel? http://www.intel.com/design/software/drivers/platform/inf.htm

Not sure if it will help.
