Try this for some shiny mirror finish cars, modify the reflection.ini in you \cars\ subdirectory with the following:

reflection.ini

' Controls the brightness of the environment map. Select 0-255 for each RGB channel.

[brightness]

red=255
green=255
blue=255

' Controls the rendering paremeters

[render]

cubeface_dimension=512
enviromap_dimension=1024
