does anyone know of ANY way of getting red alert to play in multiplayer on win2k.

i have 2 major issues with this game,

first of all it wrote over ALL my dll's to win95 ones....i had to reinstall frown so it would be nice to get around this if anyone knows a way. its a pain to get running at the best of times.

and 2nd, the multiplayer ONLY supports IPX in its true form as far as i can tell, so unless u have 9x, it wont multiplayer as the win2k version is not the PURE version and winxp does not have IPX in it at all . anyone got any ideas? thanks guys

Never experienced the first prob and as for the second....

Your best bet for both problems would be to use emulators such as Connectix Virtual PC or Vmware.
