Not being from Canada I don't know what would be considered cheap or not.
However as in both the UK and apparently the US Crucial make a nice 9700pro and include shipping in their price I wouldn't be suprised if their Canada site was equally good on price.
Crucial Canada have the 9700pro for $369.89 including shipping.
