i have a big problem...i have windows xp and a geforce 3...but i cant run the game! when it comes to farewel to my home farewel to my life it doesnt continue..a friend has windows xp too and the resident evil 3 and he has no problem...can somebody tell me a solution i really like that game

since you cant seem to get any help like I me I figured I might as well help you.

You have the run the Setup.exe on the disc under Win98/WinME compatability mode and then the game should run fine. but also load the resident evil 3.exe in the same compatability mode.

I cant seem to get the mercinaries part of the game to work but the game itself works correctly

Run dxdiag and lower the sound hardware aceleration to basic

Also, to run mercenaries, you have to set the compatibility to win95, disable visual themes and disable advanced services.

That way worked for me
