win2k explorer error happen refering to memory 0x00000000

When I click my computer or network neiborhood, one error message popup with promption: Explorer error, 0x00000000 memory can'r be read, something like this. (Because my windows 2000 is not in english and my english is not good enough)

Help me, Please!

I am always suspicious of bad ram when windows 2000 crashes.

Thanks your help. I doubt whether it is because the memory, because it works well before. Could you give me some new analysis from following infomations?

Now the situation is all application work well, and I also us explore to browse my hard disk and network neighbor. Error happens only when I click "my computer" and network neighbor.
