Since i re-installed win2+sp3 i lost the "compatibility mode" tab (like the one in xp) and the "compatibility update" installer that added the feacture says that the it's already included in sp3. can anybody help me get it back i realy need the "compatibility mode".

You have to register a dll. Theres an MS Knowledge Base article on it:

It is in PRO but not Server/AS. It also can be broken quite easily.

When I used 2000 Pro (admittedly back when this feature was first introduced in SP2) I had to register that DLL in order for the tab to show up...
