Security Tab missing in Windows explorer

After some system tweaking I seemed to have lost the security tab on file property sheets in windows explorer, can someone tell me how to get it back plz

Tools/Folder Options/View

"Simple File Sharing"


Don't ask me why....I do not know and MS likely doesn't either. laugh
