Looking for suggestions to get UFO Defense working in XP....

I tried the steps on getting it wokring in 2000, but that didnt work.

Everytime i run the exe, it runs but is all smashed into the top half of the screen, and going to properties and forcing it to run in 640x480 isnt working either.

Looking for any other suggestions on how to get it to work....
