Okay, I'm new to the forums, and I know this is an old game, but all the support sites and nearly all the famsites/forums for this game are gone now so...
I can get the game to run fine under XP (using the Win 2000 switch) but even though I can choose resoloutions and colour depth in the games menu, this does not affect the catually colour depth/screen res in the game, and it just stays stuck on 640x480 @ 16 bit.
I've tried Riva Tuner to force the screen res/colour depth (no luck) I've tried my own "switch's" in th cgames command line (even less luck) and I'm stuck, I love this game, and I want to play it as well as I can on my system (Epox 8K7A+, 1600XP, 256 DDR, 60GB 7200rpm maxtorHD, GF3Ti200).
I've noticed other people with excatly the same problem, but no one whose fixed this.
I'm running XP SP1 with the latest dets (40.41).
