max path length for home dir?

hi,

is there any max path length for a home directory in active directory for nt4 clients?

w2k server -> nt4 client

for ex.:

h:\server\home\folder1\folder2.......

the nt4 clients can only get through to \home then they have to choose the next folders(1, 2,...) manually.

it works fine with w2k clients.

any idea?
