FlyVideo under Win2000 RC2/no sound

I've dl-ed the newest driver for my Flyvideo card and I can't get sound. The picture is fine, sound is missing. BTW both video and audio section of this card have a yellow exclamation mark next to them in device manager; tuner works anyway, but without sound. Any solutions.
