After installing SP3 on Win2k Server with SP2 on reboot I got this message: "NTLDR not found".
And nothing could be done: neither FIXBOOT nor FIXMBR from recovery console helped. Recovery from diskettes didn't fix the problem too.
The machine was a DC (domain controller). No specific applications. Only Win2K.
I tried again - reinstalled Win2k with SP2 and then SP3. after a few reboots I got the same message: "NTLDR not found". ;(
Please help, who knows what's the problem.
Thanx

that is when you make a new windows 2000 cd with the service pack integrated. there is a post about it http://www.ntcompatible.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21978&highlight=sp3+slipstream
