Whenever I plugged my Logitech wheel in under Windows 2000 my Intellimouse Explorer would die and I'd need to power down (not just reboot) to get it back again. Just another reason why 2000 is never going back on my PC.

No, Intel 440BX.
edit: And the Intellimouse isn't even hooked up to the USB port, it's hooked up to the PS/2 port with the little dongle they supply you with.

The light in the back would go from bright red (detected by the OS) to dull red (only powered up) and the cursor would just stop. The only way I could get it back was to power the machine down and then switch it back on, simply rebooting it (cold or warm) didn't work. Anyway, XP solved the problem so I really don't care about it anymore.

Yeah, doesn't matter does it?
Crazy Taxi is a great game. 10 min free roam is fun.
