Hercules 3D Prophet 4500XT Tv-Out 64mb

I have been offered on of these cards for $AUS100 ($US50).

Should I buy it? Is there any issues with this card and XP or my systems specs that anyone knows about.

What about the KYROII chipset?

I have the Hercules Prophet 4500 64Mb not the tv out one, but still same card with the KyroII chip set.. and i have no problems under XP with it. It was cheap but the performance has been awesome.. even when i run high end games like NHL2002, Warcraft3, and Jedi Knight 2 they all run extremely smooth.. mind you though i have a 1.2Ghz athlon and i see you are running only on a PIII 450..... but im sure you will still notice a performance boost from what your running with now.
