well it runs for a while and then will just crash and reboot my sys LOL

Have you tried any of the compatibility layers at all?

Right-click on the game shortcut.
Go to properties
Go to compatibility
Pick an OS (95/98)
Hit Ok
Try the game through the shortcut.

I do not have the game but I can give you several tips. The above is the first thing to try as the most general fix for most compatibility problems.

Odd, programs should not do that. Does you see a BSOD? Have you turned off Automatic reboots?

sorry been really busy, well a freshinstall of the program seems to cleared things up. Wierd I had tried that before and it did not work.
