There is a manual for it, and they have support forums at www.asp.net already that can help out. It looks just like Visual Studio.NET, just stripped down for ASP/ASP.NET use.

I had it a week ago, haven't installed yet. Is it any good???

No idea, but it looks like the same IDE but with less options I would imagine. It's a helluva lot smaller install as well, so that's pretty cool. I plan on installing it on a couple of systems at work to see how they go.
