Couple of service have problem to start up!!!

It alway pop up a message said that 'there is more then one server/service can not be start up' and then is ask me to check the event log. But I still don't understant what wrong with it after I read the event log. So Is there any way to fix it? It's driving me crazy

Sure! here is the error message.
At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details
And then when I go to the event log, I see this:
The Remote Storage Engine service depends on the Remote Storage File service which failed to start because of the following error:
After starting, the service hung in a start-pending state.
so what exactly is going on?

actually! I am just going to disable it, and see what will happen to it first.

Well! I did it already, but the error message still pop up after I restarted the computer .......
When I look at the event viewer, it show me this message:
"The Remote Storage File service hung on starting."

I don't understand why it won't started up, plus I didn't set it up it either. I think it's probably because there are 20 servers messing around in the same network. One of them have hacked into my server couple days ago. and change some stuff, I am going to ask him did he change any thing in my server.

Oh! I am using Win2k server, but I don't think that the Domain Administrator have change any things (since I am the only domain administrator in my domain)
