Digital Vibrance Control for GeForce2MX

With my old Geforce2 MX, the Nvidia drivers tab had a Digital Vibrance Control setting which made the colors look more richer. Is there a similar utility available [shareware or freeware] that can enrich colors for your desktop with other video cards like ATI?
