Well the subject pretty much covers it, but here's the situation.

I have a Windows XP Professional box up in my room, my brother has a Windows 2000 Professional box down in his room. We are connected all fine and such through a 10 megabit hub (ugh, i know). For a while, we should see eachothers files and such we had shared. As of lately, we can't see anything on eachother's computers, but we can see eachothers computers over the network. If that's confusing, this is what i mean:
I can see his computer name in the network neighborhood. I can't access it. Same goes for him.

Yes, we have shared files/folders on our computers.

I've updated XP as of yesterday from winblows update, and my brother supposedly updates now and then.

Thanks for your help,

Make sure each PC has a users account setup for the other PC. You can enable the guest account, but that is a secutity risk. If you were sharing before and have not made any changes verify that the other accounts are not disabled, or that the shares have been removed.
