help and support center in win xp

hey.
when i open the "help and support center" in win xp i see under the "DID YOU KNOW? " the followin message:

"When you are connected to the Internet, this area will display links to timely help and support information. If you want to connect to the Internet now, start the New Connection Wizard and see how to establish a Web connection through an Internet service provider."

the problem is that i get this message EVEN when i am connected to the internet.

is there a way this fix this problem ?

I have the same prob. and my keyboard has the internet pad to launch the web and etc. All it does is bring up the connection wizard. I have tried numerous times to get it to work. Maybe one day I will find out how to do it.

Hi, why won't my tiger woods 2001 install because it says tiger woods 2001 does not run on windows nt and i have xp. This game installed before with no trouble.
