If in case the above is not a tab from your properties, this is the registry hack:
User Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\Explorer]
SystemKey:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\Explorer]
Value Name: NoCDBurning
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = Allow CDR, 1 = Disable CDR)

To Add this value, in the left pane on the word Explorer right click. A menu will appear to the right, move your cursor over New and choose DWORD value. It will create a new value in the right panel. Type NoCDBurning (keep the capitals). Set the value to 1. Do this for both HKey_local_user and Hkey_local_machine. Remember to back up your registry before doing this.

If you type MMC in run and add the group policy snapin in the console you can disable the CD recording options in the user configuration under Administrative templates/ windows components/ windows explorer.
