Questions on Internet Connection

Hi There, just got my XP Pro installed. Also have the built-in PPPoE working. But something is making me so confused. confused

While surfing the net, some websites connected without problems. But some are taking forever to connect or giving me time our error.

I tried Grc.com, 3com and couple other sites that I visit all the time. But none of them are working. Any ideas?

Possibly privacy settings set to high.They dont allow the cookie from those sites so not allowed to them.
