Load Balance of 2 Dial-Up connections

Hi guys

Does anyone know how to balance the load when making 2 dial-up connections in WinXP (2 Dial-Up connections dialed)? ISP's here do not do Multi-linking but dialing 2 POP's works but the load is transfered to the latest connection idling the first. Anyone know how to balanance this?
