icq2002b

when i change res or start a game my icq2002b pops up and is annoying, this doesnt happen to a friend, i have previously edited 2001 to not have ads in msgs maybe that interfered? any advice

You need to set it to single message mode rather than double message mode so that it doesn't pop up all on its own.

Hey, does ICQ Plus work at all with ICQ2002B?

ICQ Plus works fine w/ 2002b. It'll even cover up all the annoying ads for you although the empty space will still be there.

I don't trust either

a few people i know with either / or , have had their accounts hacked, and their names taken, this i heard is largely due to ICQ now keeping your lists on their servers. I will stick with 2000b smile
and even 2000b on certain games will mess with the pic, and u can sort of see a message come up, in single mode or double. Just minimize ICQ to the tray, does it for me.
