Install CS as an administrator. For security reasons, people have to use the computers as a regular user, but W2K won't allow CS to be played from the regular user account... only administrator and power user. (When you try to start CS as a user, nothing happens).

Does anybody know how we can reinstall or change some W2K/CS settings so everyone can play regardless of their access level?
File security already changed to everyone access.

u have to enter the admin password on the student computers to play it

i'm login as POWER USER, try to play cs, it worked (without admin password)

now my friend login as USER, try to play cs, nothing happen, WHY?! n HOW to solve it! that's my question
