Event Log Forwarding

On a NT 4 Domain I'd like to have both the PDC and BDC e-mail events in the event log to a certain address based on certain criteria. (obviously I don't want to get an e-mail each time a user logs in or mistypes a password, or each time someone prints)

Can anyone suggest a program, utility, or function in NT4 that can do this?

I'm looking for a free solution, but other options are welcome also.
