Help
Can anyone help me - I'm trying to remove an antivirus program that was pre-installed with my new kit, and replace it with one of my own choice.

Its called 'Norman', and I'm sure its a good one, but I didn't order it & I want to replace it with Norton

The program should have its folder in the Program Files(unless you installed it somewhere else). Try locating the uninstall file there.
Otherwise you will have to delete it manually, and get rid of the registry entries as well. Try to find keys like "Norman" or the name of the company whichever it is.
Also don't forget to go to HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run registry key and delete the starup file of the program(it should have an auto-monitor for viruses app).
